- Strong testing handson experience in performing Functional Regression UATBAT testing.
- Strong handson SQL skills to perform database level validations.
- Strong Agile working experience using JIRA.
- Strong working experience in Test Management tools like Zephyr (Optional)
- Must be flexible and passionate about the project being successful. This means hours might vary depending on status and needs of the project.
- The ability to lead calls and drive resolution to items that they may not be intimately familiar with as well as owning various testing categories that may involve longer term commitment and eventual SME knowledge. Quality documentation skills and the ability to report out on outcomes is essential.
- Must have very good communication skills.
