Currently were in search of a Remote Group Travel Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this distinctive role youll be tasked with providing exceptional customer service to group travelers ensuring their journeys are seamless and leave lasting impressions.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Assistance:
Offer prompt and personable assistance to group travelers via multiple communication channels (phone email chat) addressing inquiries resolving issues and offering expert guidance
Booking Support:
Aid customers in booking group travel arrangements encompassing flights accommodations transportation and activities guaranteeing precision and alignment with company policies
Itinerary Management:
Develop and maintain comprehensive travel itineraries tailored to group preferences budgetary constraints and destinationspecific requirements
Problem Resolution:
Proactively identify and resolve any travelrelated challenges such as flight delays or accommodation changes to minimize disruptions and uphold customer satisfaction
Communication:
Foster transparent and effective communication with group leaders travel coordinators and suppliers to ensure a seamless travel experience
Travel Documentation:
Assist travelers in securing necessary visas permits and travel documents ensuring compliance with international regulations
Destination Knowledge:
Stay abreast of travel trends and destination insights to provide valuable recommendations and enhance customer experiences
Quality Assurance:
Verify the accuracy of bookings and travel documents conducting thorough crosschecks to mitigate errors or oversights
Record Keeping:
Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions travel arrangements and pertinent communications within the system
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with crossfunctional departments such as sales and marketing to bolster the success of group travel programs and contribute insights for ongoing enhancements
Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience with a background in the travel industry being advantageous but not mandatory
Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
Strong problemsolving abilities and a keen eye for detail
Familiarity with travel booking systems and tools is beneficial but not essential
Capability to work independently and as an integral part of a remote team
