Job Description

Comaea Consulting is an international Executive Search and Talent Advisory firm. Our client is a leading MNC in the maritime industry with a strong global presence and offices worldwide. They are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the recruitment function in India.


Talent Acquisition Manager
(Based in Andheri Mumbai)


Organization:
This pivotal role involves managing endtoend recruitment overseeing talent acquisition strategies and building strong relationships with stakeholders including senior leadership and management team in India and company headquarters. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a robust recruitment strategy to meet the companys talent needs in India. The role involves overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle managing recruitment analytics and ensuring the sourcing hiring and onboarding of the right talent. The ideal candidate will also drive initiatives that enhance the employer brand support diversity and company goals and continuously improve recruitment processes.


Your Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition Strategy & Execution : Develop and implement a Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with the company s business goals and employee experience initiatives in India. Lead and manage the recruitment process for approximately 150 positions annually including senior roles. Partner with business leaders to assess staffing needs and provide strategic hiring solutions. Promote and support the company s diversity agenda and ESG initiatives through targeted TA activities.


Recruitment Process Management : Oversee the endtoend recruitment lifecycle ensuring a seamless candidate experience.Enhance candidate experience by streamlining sourcing interviewing and onboarding processes. Track and report recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of the talent acquisition function and ensure adherence to SLAs. Prepare recruitment analysis and deliver datadriven insights to support decisionmaking.


Vendor Management : Identify and collaborate with recruitment vendors consultants and thirdparty providers to support hiring strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with executive search firms to ensure highquality candidate pipelines for strategic roles.


Team Development : Provide leadership to the lean recruitment team set performance expectations and foster team development through coaching and constructive feedback. Drive initiatives to enhance recruitment capabilities among line managers.


Budget & Relationship Management : Manage recruitment budgets and ensure costeffectiveness. Establish and maintain external and internal networks to attract top talent. Manage relationships with both internal stakeholders (senior management and leadership team) and external partners (vendors and consultants).



Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources or a related field. A MBA or master s degree in HRM is preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years experience in the Talent Acquisition function with a focus on both bulk and seniorlevel hiring.
  • Prior experience in the maritime or shipping industry is preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage endtoend recruitment processes and oversee a small team.
  • Strong program management experience and expertise in recruitment analytics.
  • Experience managing relationships with stakeholders both internal (senior management and leadership team) and external (vendors and partners).
  • Demonstrated proficiency in various HR functions with a focus on talent acquisition.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
