This role is truly dynamic. Your fingerprints will be found across everything related to talent attraction, employer branding, recruitment campaigns and event management. Embedded within the Talent Acquisition team, this role will be cooking up creative content and campaigns that make candidates say, "I want that job".
Success in this role is to articulate the differences between EVP and MVP, SEO and CEO – and then create a recruitment campaign to go to market to find the right person. You will be a creative mind who can think outside the traditional recruitment toolbox.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to promote Riyadh Air's employer brand, cultivating a positive, engaging culture that attracts and retains top talent. You will oversee employment marketing initiatives, culture programs, and employee engagement activities.
