We are seeking a motivated Direct Marketing Executive to help drive sales of our premium tour packages to B2B & B2C clients. This role will focus on creating and executing direct marketing campaigns that generate leads engage potential clients and ultimately boost tour package sales. The successful candidate will leverage a variety of marketing channels email direct mail digital ads and telemarketing to promote our offerings to businesses seeking corporate travel solutions employee incentives or group travel opportunities.
Requirements
SalesFocused Marketing Campaigns:
Develop and execute direct marketing campaigns to generate leads and close sales for our B2B tour packages. This includes email marketing targeted online ads telemarketing outreach and direct mail campaigns aimed at businesses HR departments travel managers and event planners.
Lead Generation & Nurturing:
Identify and prospect potential corporate clients and travel agencies through targeted research. Nurture leads through email calls and followup campaigns to convert prospects into salesready opportunities.
Lead Generation: Support lead generation efforts by identifying and targeting potential business customers including corporate travel managers HR professionals and event planners. Utilize CRM tools and marketing automation systems to track and nurture leads.
Database Management: Help manage and segment B2B client databases to ensure communication is targeted and personalized for maximum engagement and conversion.
Content Creation & Marketing Collateral: Work with the marketing team to create and update marketing materials (brochures email campaigns presentations) that effectively communicate the benefits of our travel packages to business clients.
Market Research & Client Insights: Conduct market research to understand the needs preferences and pain points of corporate clients competitors and industry trends. Use this data to contribute to campaign strategies.
Social Media & Digital Campaigns: Assist in the management of social media campaigns and other digital marketing efforts that engage business audiences raise brand awareness and promote relevant travel packages.
Event Support: Support the marketing team in planning and executing events such as webinars trade shows or corporate travel seminars to attract and engage B2B clients.
Reporting & Analysis: Track the performance of marketing campaigns and analyze key metrics such as open rates conversion rates and ROI. Provide regular reports to the team and suggest improvements for future campaigns.
Client Communication: Assist in maintaining communication with existing B2B clients ensuring they are updated with new offers promotions and relevant tour packages that meet their business travel needs.
Qualifications:
Experience: 12 years of experience in direct marketing B2B In Sales ideally within the travel industry. Exposure to email marketing and CRM tools is a plus.
Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of B2B marketing strategies lead generation and the role of digital marketing in driving business growth.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create persuasive marketing messages and build relationships with business clients.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple campaigns and tasks efficiently with attention to detail.
TechSavvy: Familiarity with marketing tools such as email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp HubSpot) CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
