Job Description
Job Title: Clinical Research Coordinator
Location: Remote (LATAM)
Salary: $1800 USD/month
About the Role:
seeking a dedicated Clinical Research Coordinator to lead and manage clinical trials in a dynamic and fastpaced clinic environment. In this role you will work closely with our Clinical Research Scientist to ensure the successful execution of various clinical trial activities including patient recruitment data management and protocol adherence. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a startup atmosphere where you will play a key role in advancing medical research and patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Lead patient recruitment enrollment and study visits
- Perform clinical and lab procedures including remote phlebotomy and lab processing
- Ensure strict protocol management and adherence to regulatory requirements
- Maintain high standards of data quality and query resolution
- Mentor and train junior research staff
- Build and maintain relationships with patients investigators and team members
- Manage project timelines status reports and study medication dispensing
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in data management GSuite/Sheets and Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
- Experience with or willingness to learn clinical trial protocols and regulatory standards
- Adaptability problemsolving skills and ability to work in a dynamic research environment
- Commitment to patient education and informed consent processes
- Strong interpersonal skills and empathy towards patients
Bonus Points For:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing Life Sciences Public Health or a related field
- Previous experience in clinical research coordination
- Certification as a Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC)
