We are seeking a skilled Finance Controller to lead our financial operations and ensure the integrity of our financial reporting. The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 3 years of experience in finance and accounting. This role involves strategic financial planning budgeting compliance and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management: Oversee all financial operations including accounting budgeting forecasting and financial reporting.
- Reporting & Compliance: Prepare and present monthly quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable standards.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop monitor and analyze budgets and forecasts to support strategic decisionmaking.
- Audit Coordination: Manage relationships with internal and external auditors ensuring compliance and timely completion of audits.
- Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations and oversee the preparation of tax returns.
- Internal Controls: Design and implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends variances and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance accounting or related roles.
- Proficient in financial reporting budgeting forecasting and tax compliance. Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Zoho) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a finance team.
