PARTTIME COFOUNDER (INITIALLY EQUITY AND TOKEN COMPENSATION ONLY)

We are excited to offer a unique opportunity to join usas an equity cofounder at Launch Legends a pioneering venture that merges Web3 blockchain technology with the burgeoning creator industry. This role places you at the heart of the convergence between Web3 and the creator economy through our innovative Autheo Layer1 blockchain platform and GO WFO extreme sports creator network built on Autheo.

About the Organization
Launch Lends has been under development for over 3.5 years. We are gearing up to launch:
- Autheo: Our Layer1 blockchain platform tailored for creators to own expand and monetize their networks.
- GO WFO: The first Layer2 Creator Network focused on extreme sports operating on the Autheo platform.
These initiatives are set to transform the creator industryprojected to reach $500 billion by 2027 and theextreme sports market an excitingsports sector with over 400 million active partipants worldwide.
Future Compensation Plans
While this is initially an equityonly role our comprehensive tokenomics plan includes offering tokens to cofounders upon completion of our anticipated public token sale in by this December or January where we plan to introduce salaries for both fulltime and parttime positions.
POSITION: REACT NATIVE MOBILE APPLICATION DEVELOPER
As a React Native Mobile Application Developer you will play a vital role in designing developing and maintaining highquality scalable mobile applications that deliver excellent user experiences. Youll collaborate closely with various teams to define and implement innovative features contributing to our mission of creating highperformance applications. This role requires not only technical expertise but also a proactive approach to staying updated with the latest mobile development trends and best practices. Your work will directly impact the performance usability and scalability of our mobile applications.
Responsibilities:
- Application Development: Design develop and maintain highperformance scalable mobile applications using React Native.
- Feature Implementation: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define and implement new features.
- Code Quality: Write clean wellstructured and maintainable code.
- Performance Assurance: Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
- Continuous Learning: Stay uptodate with the latest trends and technologies in mobile app development.
- Bug Fixing: Troubleshoot and fix bugs.
- Code Review: Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- UI Development: Contribute to the development of reusable UI components and libraries.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in mobile app development using React Native.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in JavaScript React and Redux.
- Native Development: Experience with native mobile development (iOS and/or Android) is a plus.
- API Knowledge: Familiarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
- Architecture Understanding: Understanding of mobile app architecture and design patterns.
- Problem Solving: Excellent problemsolving and debugging skills.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Communication: Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
- CI/CD Knowledge: Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools like GitHub Jenkins or CircleCI.
- App Deployment: Experience with mobile app deployment to app stores.
- Optimization Skills: Understanding of accessibility and performance optimization techniques.
In this role your contributions will be essential to building reliable efficient and userfriendly mobile applications that meet the demands of our audience. Your expertise in React Native and commitment to quality will ensure that we continue to deliver outstanding mobile experiences.
