Job Description

Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Remote (Preferred locations: Latin America South Africa Eastern Europe)

Company Overview:

We are a oneman consulting business specializing in fractional CIO and CISO services. We currently serve a total of 1011 clients. As we look to scale our operations we are seeking an Operations Manager to streamline processes and enhance our service delivery.

Position Overview:

The Operations Manager will play a critical role in managing daytoday operations ensuring efficient workflow and supporting the growth of the business. This position requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills the ability to prioritize tasks and experience in project management.

This role offers a flexible schedule with at least 4 hours overlapping with the CEO's 85 MT workday. As the company grows this position has strong potential for advancement to a team lead role and a chance to scale with the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Oversight: Manage and optimize daily operations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Automation & Prioritization: Implement automation solutions to streamline processes and prioritize tasks for better time management.

  • Contractor Database Management: Maintain and manage a database of contractors ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

  • Statement of Work Preparation: Prepare and manage statements of work for client projects ensuring clarity and alignment with client expectations.

  • Asana Management: Utilize Asana for project management tracking progress and ensuring timely completion of tasks.

  • Client Success Management: Support client success initiatives ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

Specific Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of project management tools (experience with Asana is a plus).

  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Familiarity with automation tools and techniques.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work across time zones.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a consulting environment or managing client projects.

  • Background in IT or familiarity with technology services.

  • Characteristics: Selfstarter with a curious mindset automationoriented organized and highly motivated.
  • Time Flexibility: Ability to work an 8hour block within Bryan’s 66 MT workday with a minimum of 4 hours overlapping his 85 MT schedule.
