Position : Virtual Assistant (Office Admin)
Working Schedule : 8:00AM 5PM EST
Salary Range : $1300$1800 (the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client)
Primary Duties / Responsibilities: As a Virtual Assistant (Office Administrator) you will be responsible for communication between NGC and the insurance carrier. You will assist the Project Manager with client interaction.

- House Accounts Managers
- Sales Manager
- Office Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Send contractor’s agreement to carrier
- Assist with getting adjustment set
- Follow up on loss sheet
- Follow up on supplement
- Send Invoice and COC (Certificate of Completion)
- Follow up on final monies
- Upload documents for PCs if needed
KPIs Tracked for Job:
- Amount of files touched per day
- Number of loss sheets uploaded weekly
- Number of final bills submitted weekly
- Number of adjustments set weekly
- Time between adjustment completed and loss sheet submitted
- Time between final bills introduced and the last check received
- Time between contract offered and adjustment sent
Performance Goals:
- Keep clients happy by notifying them about updates through the CRM and informing the manager if there are any issues with a Project Manager.
- Decrease the amount of time between all tracked KPIs.
- Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality aiming for improvement in KPI reporting.
Qualifications:
