Job Description
Employer: This opportunity is offered by an esteemed international company specializing in managing luxury private households estates yachts aircraft and exclusive venues worldwide. They are known for their high standards in hospitality and luxury service making them a respected name in the field.
You would be joining a carefully selected team dedicated to maintaining impeccable standards in a prestigious private household in Saudi Arabia.
Contract: 12 months
Joining date: within 23 months
Working hours: 6 days weekly 48 working hours a week
Company provides:

Position & Salary
Senior Technician 11900 SAR 17000 SAR
Requirements:
- Able to oversee construction works and manage engineering maintenance projects by inhouse personnel or external contractors.
- Excellent skills in faultfinding and assessment of remedial action to be taken.
- Knowledge of best practices for construction – mechanical electrical plumbing painting carpentry and general construction with an eye for detail and workmanship.
- Excel / Word / Email skills – comfortable with using spreadsheets for tasks such as basic calculations communicating project needs and requirements maintenance lists and similar basic admin.
- Proven ability with writing reports worklists specifications and scopes of work.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential.
