We are excited to offer a unique opportunity to join usas an equity cofounder at Launch Legends a pioneering venture that merges Web3 blockchain technology with the burgeoning creator industry. This role places you at the heart of the convergence between Web3 and the creator economy through our innovative Autheo Layer1 blockchain platform and GO WFO extreme sports creator network built on Autheo.

As the first Layer2 Creator Network focused on extreme sports built on the Autheo platform. WFO aims to revolutionize the extreme sports sector by integrating blockchain NFTs and SocialFi features offering athletes and creators a new way to connect with their fans and monetize their content.

These initiatives are set to transform the creator industry projected to reach $500 billion by 2027 and the extreme sports market an exciting sports sector with over 400 million active participants worldwide.
What We Offer
As a parttime cofounder you will:
- Collaborate with a team of seasoned entrepreneurs who have successfully launched ventures nationally and internationally raised capital exceeding $500 million and spearheaded several highrevenue disruptive projects.
- Work alongside our global team of 75 experts to position Launch Legends as a leader in the creator network with the potential to revolutionize the industry.
- Develop and launch three distinct websites fully designed in Figma for our key projects: Autheo GO WFO and Launch Legends.
- Create and optimize landing pages that drive engagement and conversions ensuring a seamless user experience across all platforms.
Compensation:
While this is an equity ownershipand tokenrole we plan to introduce salaries for both fulltime and parttime positions after our anticipated Public Token Sale in January.
POSITION: VIDEO EDITOR
We are seeking a creative and detailorientedVideo Editorto join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling recorded footage into polished projects that align with our brand vision. You will work closely with the creative team to produce engaging highquality content for a variety of platforms including social media websites and advertisements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit and assemble raw footage into cohesive professionalquality videos.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to understand project requirements and deliver video content that aligns with the overall strategy.
- Add graphics special effects sound and music to enhance video productions.
- Review scripts and storyboards and recommend improvements when necessary.
- Ensure all edits meet brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Colorcorrect and grade videos to maintain consistency and professional appearance.
- Manage and organize digital assets including raw footage graphics and sound files.
- Stay uptodate with the latest video editing software tools and trends to enhance video production processes.
- Incorporate feedback from team members to refine and adjust videos for final delivery.
- Optimize videos for various platforms (YouTube Instagram TikTok etc.) with attention to format length and engagement strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Video Editor or similar role.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro DaVinci Resolve or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of postproduction processes including color correction sound editing and motion graphics.
- Familiarity with various video formats codecs and compression settings for different platforms.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for visual storytelling.
- Knowledge of 2D/3D animation and visual effects is a plus.
- Experience with social media content creation is a bonus.
- A creative mindset with excellent communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with video production including lighting and sound recording.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools like Adobe After Effects Photoshop or Illustrator.
- Ability to storyboard and plan video shoots.
- Knowledge of video marketing strategies and trends.
- Portfolio of previous work showcasing a range of editing styles and techniques.
