PARTTIME COFOUNDER (INITIALLY EQUITY AND TOKEN COMPENSATION ONLY)

We are excited to offer a unique opportunity to join us as an equity cofounder at Launch Legends a pioneering venture that merges Web technology with the burgeoning creator industry. This role places you at the heart of the convergence between Web3 and the creator economy through our innovative Autheo Layer1 blockchain platform and GO WFO extreme sports creator network built on Autheo.

Launch Legends is a technology development incubator and launch pad focused on transforming the creator economy and extreme sports industries through innovative Web3 solutions. With over two years of development we are preparing to launch:
Autheo: Layer1 Blockchain and Disruptive Social Platfomr:
Autheo is our nextgeneration creator platform designed to enable individuals developers and organizations to build own and monetize their networks and brands. By leveraging advanced blockchain and AI technologies Autheo fosters diverse token economies and vibrant communities driving powerful network effects that amplify value for all participants.

WFO: Extreme Sports Creator Network
WFO is our dedicated platform for extreme sports and adventure creators built on Autheos Layer1 blockchain. It provides the necessary tools and networks for creators to engage their audience share their passion and monetize their content all while leveraging powerful network effects to enhance community value. As the first Layer2 Creator Network focused on extreme sports built on the Autheo platform. WFO aims to revolutionize the extreme sports sector by integrating blockchain NFTs and SocialFi features offering athletes and creators a new way to connect with their fans and monetize their content.

These initiatives are set to transform the creator industry projected to reach $500 billion by 2027 and the extreme sports market an exciting sports sector with over 400 million active participants worldwide.
What We Offer
As a parttime cofounder you will:
- Collaborate with a team of seasoned entrepreneurs who have successfully launched ventures nationally and internationally raised capital exceeding $500 million and spearheaded several highrevenue disruptive projects.
- Work alongside our global team of 75experts to position Launch Legends as a leader in the creator network with the potential to revolutionize the industry.
- Develop and launch three distinct websites fully designed in Figma for our key projects: Autheo GO WFO and Launch Legends.
- Create and optimize landing pages that drive engagement and conversions ensuring a seamless user experience across all platforms.
Compensation:
While this is an equity ownershipand tokenrole we plan to introduce salaries for both fulltime and parttime positions after our anticipated Public Token Sale in January.
Role Overview: YouTube Manager
Were seeking a creative and datadrivenYouTube Managerto join our dynamic team and contribute to the growth of Autheo and GO WFO.As a key member of our marketing teamyou will be responsible for managing and growing our YouTube channelsincreasing video viewsand boosting audience engagement.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of web3/blockchaincontent creation platformsand the extreme sports industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct a thorough keyword research trend analysis and competitor research to develop a comprehensive content plan aligned with broader marketing goals and messaging.
- Manage the content calendar uploading and scheduling.
- Collaborate with content writer and video production teams to produce highquality engaging videos that align with YouTube SEO best practices and will drive channel growth.
- Optimize video titles descriptions tags and thumbnails for SEO and clickthrough rate (CTR) improvements.
- Regularly conduct keyword research to ensure videos are targeting relevant and hightraffic search queries.
- Experiment with video metadata playlists and scheduling to enhance discoverability and audience retention.
- Analyze YouTube analytics to track video performance audience demographics and viewer behavior providing datadriven recommendations for optimization. Work alongside Digital Analyst to generate detailed report on YouTube performance providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Implement strategies to grow subscriber count enhance audience interaction and increase overall channel engagement.
- Stay informed on YouTubes algorithm changes trends and best practices to maintain and improve channel performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Digital Media or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in YouTube strategy management and content optimization.
- Proven track record of successfully growing YouTube channels and increasing video views.
- Strong knowledge of YouTube analytics tools (e.g. YouTube Studio Google Analytics VidIQ TubeBuddy Keyword Anywhere) and SEO tools (e.g. SEMRush Google Trends Aherfs)
- Experience in creating and optimizing content for YouTube with a focus on audience growth and engagement.
- Familiarity with web3 and blockchain.
- Good knowledge on content creation platforms (e.g. YouTube Tikok Instagram) and content creation niche.
- Experience with extreme sports audiences or a genuine passion for extreme sports is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical creative and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams in different time zones in a remote setting.
