Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the digital marketing team to ideate & create visual designs for promotional campaigns
Manage multiple design projects across different clients & brands while meeting deadlines
Optimize graphics and campaigns around each digital platform such as social media email marketing web considering constraints like size and layout to ensure highquality visual experiences
Bring a strong voice to team meetings to provide creative input on digital marketing projects from conception to completion
Analyze the effectiveness of previous campaigns identifying strengths and weaknesses in design and execution to recommend improvements for future campaign designs
Stay up to date with industry trends and tools and be willing to continuously learn and apply new skills to enhance design output & process
Qualifications:
Proven experience (23 years) as a Graphic Designer or related with a portfolio show casing a range of digital marketing projects
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or other graphic design software
Passion for creativity and innovation in digital graphic design
Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication skills both verbal and written for effective collaboration with the team and clients.
Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual composition
Loves food but not required!
Nice to Haves:
Experience designing marketing landing pages
Exposure to running paid ads on the Meta and Google platforms
