Sales / Campaign Manager

Schedule: To be determined (Possibly 9am to 5pm EST)
Salary: $2.000 USD
Location: Latin America
Contract Type: Independent Contractor Agreement

The client owns an advertising company.

About the role:
Our client is searching for a highly skilled Sales manager to boost their sales strategy and exceed targets. This person's primary focus is media sales: selling advertising spots and campaigns across their newsletter website social and podcasts this includes knowledge in the field to leverage their media and advertising to deliver success for brands that they work with.

Responsibilities:

This shall include but is not limited to the following:
  • Leading consumer research to identify how the company’s advertising service can meet the clients’ needs (knowdgeable about the industry).
  • Source leads execute outreach and schedule meetings.
  • Pitch effective campaigns and close deals.
  • Assist in boosting their sales strategies.
  • Contact prospective clients through effective coldcalling.
  • Utilize CRM tools and email to generate new sales opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • 2 years of experience as a Sales manager.
  • Media/digital marketing knowledge and how to leverage the digital offerings to deliver success (e.g. awareness clicks leads conversions creative content events etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience selling advertising.
  • Proficient in CRM softwares Social Media and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with potential clients and colleagues.
  • Strong understanding of lead mining and generation strategies including the ability to identify and nurture new business prospects from diverse sources along with proficiency in industry best practices.
  • Highly organized and goaloriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to learn various tasks and softwares in a timely manner.
