We are looking for a motivated and analytical Business Analyst Intern to join our team in Bengaluru Karnataka. The ideal candidate will work within our BFSI IT sector gaining valuable insight and experience in business analysis practices while contributing to projects that drive critical business decisions. This internship offers a unique opportunity to understand the intricacies of the BFSI industry develop analytical skills and collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
- Perform data analysis and create reports to support decisionmaking processes.
- Collaborate with development teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Prepare and present findings reports and recommendations to team members and management.
- Support the implementation of business solutions and monitor their performance.
- Engage in continuous learning about BFSI products services and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a B.Tech. B.E. B.Sc. B.A. or B.Com. degree.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
- Basic understanding of business processes and project management methodologies.
- A keen interest in the BFSI sector and business analysis.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
