They're looking for a Large Agency Sales Manager based in the UK to support the growth of the team as the company matures. This role will be primarily focussed on growing new business from new large agency (>5 branch) customers. As such it would be a significant advantage for any applicants to have already worked in the UK Estate Agency market and therefore have client contacts that can immediately be approached.
Our client operates on a fully remote basis but some travel will be required for client visits sales team meetings and bi annual company meetings.
Typical job tasks include:
Selling products to new large agency clients
Prospecting and securing new opportunities for the company from researching referrals use of LinkedIn cold calling lead follow ups
Compiling and analysing sales performance data including the preparation of weekly and monthly sales reports and sales forecasts
Presenting to clients prospects and internally demonstrating services and platforms to overcome objections
Effective diary management attending team meetings undertaking weekly reporting Working closely and collaboratively by integrating the sales team activities and processes with activities across all other relevant departments
Representing the company at industry events conferences and exhibitions whilst acting as an ambassador and role model for the business internally and externally
We’re looking for someone who has:
Salesskill building rapport identifying needs persuading prospects building desire negotiating and closing deals
Aproven track record o fselling in the property industry (coming with a black book of connections within the property world for estate agents and other prop techs up and downthecountyis essential) ideally selling SaaS services as well
Able to demonstrate the ability to identify and win new opportunities and prospects
Confidence in dealing with clients from Managing Directors Partners to support staff Proactive andpositive attitude and approach organised and competent in prioritising tasks and manage own diary and time
Competency and confidence in presenting and demonstrating technology platforms A strong and demonstrable commitment to excellence both in terms of polished communications and approach coupled with a strong drive to succeed
Great communication skills
Competency in dealing with a high volume of workprioritising and always working efficiently and accurately
