Salary Range : PH: $1000$1500 LatAm: $1300$2500 South Africa: $1500$2500
Work Schedule: 9 AM to 6 PM EST Monday to Friday.

The Company is an influencer relationship management platform for Ecommerce businesses to find reach out manage and track performance of the influencers they work with. We’re a selffunded company from India selling primarily to USbased brands.
Overview of the Position
We are seeking an Account Executive to develop and implement an outbound sales strategy that consistently closes $10k MRR each month. The ideal candidate will own the entire sales process from prospecting and outreach to demos and closing deals.
You’d Be a Fit If…
- Sales Strategy: You have both practical sales and strategic experience.
- SaaS Sales: You’ve worked in B2B SaaS environments.
- Average Deal Size: You’ve sold deals ranging from $6k to $20k ACV primarily focusing on SMB and MidMarket companies. Experience in enterprise sales may not align with our focus.
- Leadership Experience: You’ve hired trained and managed salespeople or are looking to take the next step in your career.
- US Sales: You have experience selling to American companies and are familiar with the norms of that market.
- Ecommerce: Experience selling to eCommerce brands is a plus!

Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy: Create a predictable sales process that closes $10k MRR monthly with our ideal customer profile (ICP) and work to increase our ACV over time.
- Hitting Sales Targets: Manage a pipeline of opportunities generated by your Sales Development Representative (SDR) and your own prospecting to meet monthly new sales targets.
- Demo Calls: Lead sales calls understand customer needs provide Company demos and guide them toward the free trial and closing process.
- Process Improvements: Improve operations enhance CRM health (we use Close.com) and create simple reports for the team.
- Tracking and Reporting: Track and report on sales activity and performance metrics weekly and monthly.
- Recruiting & Leadership: Recruit and train SDRs and manage an existing SDR providing coaching and development support.
Requirements and Skills
- 3 years of experience in sales for a SaaS company.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience selling to SMB or MidMarket accounts.
- Excellent communication relationshipbuilding and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multitask and manage time effectively.
- Entrepreneurial attitude with a desire to learn and improve continuously.
- Bonus points for understanding the eCommerce industry.
