Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce development and configuration with a strong understanding of both custom development using APEX and Visualforce as well as platform configuration. You will be responsible for customizing and configuring Salesforce to meet business needs developing custom solutions integrating Salesforce with thirdparty applications and ensuring the quality of the code through thorough testing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Salesforce Development:
   

   • Design develop and implement custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using APEX Visualforce and Triggers.
     
   • Utilize JQuery HTML and CSS for enhancing frontend functionality and user interface design.
     
   • Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions in compliance with best practices for security and performance.
     

2. Salesforce Configuration:
   

   • Configure and manage Salesforce.com (SFDC) applications including creating and managing custom objects fields page layouts record types and tabs.
     
   • Implement workflow rules validation rules approval processes and flows to automate business processes.
     
   • Build and configure Salesforce reports dashboards and analytics to meet business reporting requirements.
     

3. Integration & Data Migration:
   

   • Integrate Salesforce with thirdparty systems using APIs and middleware tools.
     
   • Lead data migration efforts including importing and exporting data between Salesforce and external systems.
     
   • Manage code deployment processes using tools like Eclipse ANT and Salesforce Change Sets.
     

4. Testing & Quality Assurance:
   

   • Write and maintain APEX test classes and other test scripts to ensure that code coverage meets Salesforce requirements.
     
   • Perform thorough testing and debugging of code to identify and resolve issues.
     

5. Best Practice Implementation:
   

   • Follow and enforce configuration and customization best practices to ensure efficient scalable and maintainable solutions.
     
   • Ensure adherence to ObjectOriented Programming (OOP) principles as well as SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language) and SOSL (Salesforce Object Search Language) best practices for querying data.
     

6. Collaboration & Communication:
   

   • Work closely with business analysts project managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide solutions.
     
   • Collaborate with team members and other developers to implement new features and troubleshoot issues.
     
   • Communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
     

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of handson experience with Salesforce development and configuration.
  
• Certified Salesforce Developer (DEV 401) is preferred.
  
• Strong technical expertise in APEX Visualforce and Salesforce triggers.
  
• Proficiency in frontend technologies including JQuery HTML and CSS.
  
• Experience with Salesforce configuration tasks such as creating custom objects fields workflow rules validation rules and approval processes.
  
• Strong knowledge of SOQL and SOSL query languages for data retrieval and manipulation.
  
• Proven experience with Salesforce integrations with thirdparty systems.
  
• Experience in data migration using tools like Data Loader and managing code deployment using Eclipse ANT or Change Sets.
  
• Solid understanding of ObjectOriented Programming (OOP) concepts and Salesforce customization best practices.
  
• Ability to write highquality scalable and maintainable code with test coverage.
  
• Excellent communication analytical and interpersonal skills with a focus on collaboration and problemsolving.
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Lightning components and Salesforce Lightning development.
  
• Familiarity with Salesforce AppExchange products and solutions.
  
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello for task and project management.
