We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our executives in the IT product sector. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our executive team contributing to various projects and communications and improving overall productivity.
Responsibilities
- Manage executive schedules including appointments meetings and travel arrangements.
- Support both personal and professionally
- Willing to travel for domestic and international travel along with the executive
- Prepare and edit correspondence reports and presentations.
- Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external clients.
- Coordinate and organize events including team meetings and conferences.
- Maintain confidential information and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
- Assist in project management tasks as required by executives.
- Perform general office duties including filing and data entry.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a personal assistant or administrative role preferably in the IT industry.
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (B.A. B.Com. B.Sc. B.Tech).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
- Aptitude for problemsolving and handling unexpected situations calmly.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
