Position: Quotations & Project Management Specialist
Salary Range: $1500$2000 monthly
Working hours: 8am PST 4pm PST (MF)
Location: LatAm
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detailoriented and proactive Quotations & Project Management Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on the coordination of quotations for lighting lighting controls and Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE). The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills and a collaborative spirit to work effectively with management and sales teams to win projects and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Quotations and Coordination:
• Prepare and manage quotations for lighting lighting controls and EVSE.
• Follow up on quotes to assist customers in clarifying any concerns issues or questions.
• Collaboration and Strategy:
• Collaborate with management and sales teams to develop strategies that enhance the probability of winning projects.
• Project Management:
• Oversee project management for lighting and switchgear orders.
• Track and modify projects throughout all stages from postorder entry to project completion.
