Position Overview: We are seeking a detailoriented and highly organized Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data in our systems ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter update and maintain data in various databases and software applications.
- Review and verify the accuracy of data before entry.
- Compile and organize data for reports and analysis.
- Assist with data cleansing and quality control processes.
- Collaborate with team members to improve data entry procedures and workflows.
- Respond to datarelated inquiries and provide support to other departments as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in data management is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and data entry software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
