Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 am6:00 pm EST
Salary Range: USD per month

About the job: We are seeking a detailoriented and techsavvy Admin/Property Management professional to assist with both administrative and property management tasks. The ideal candidate will be ncomfortable handling a variety of daytoday duties including working with property management software and performing general administrative functions. Property management experience is a plus.
Duties and Responsibilities: - Handle general administrative tasks such as managing emails calendars and document processing.
- Assist with property management duties including tenant communication coordinating property maintenance and handling property related paperwork.
- Use company tools for managing licenses and documents.
- Organize and maintain records using Google Suite Excel and other software.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
Qualifications: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or property management role.
- Proficiency in Google Suite Excel Word Email and Calendars.
- Experience using Notion and other software for managing property or administrative tasks.
- Good technology skills and the ability to learn new tools quickly.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Property management experience is a plus.
