WHO YOU ARE
You are the heart of the operating room ensuring that every surgical procedure is performed with precision and care. As an RN OR you collaborate with surgeons and surgical teams to ensure the best outcomes for patients. You monitor patient vitals manage sterile environments and assist in surgeries playing a crucial role in patient safety and surgical success. Your toolkit Surgical nursing expertise a calm demeanor under pressure and the ability to anticipate the needs of the surgical team. Your superpower The ability to keep everything running smoothly in the OR ensuring that surgeries are completed safely and effectively. Your work is critical to patient recovery helping them leave the OR in the best possible condition.

THE DEETS
This is a 13 week Travel/ Local contractand it has a Start Date of 2784 (701) SURGERY
THE SHIFTS
Working 8 hour shifts 5 shifts per week on a AM shift pattern
THE MUST AVS
You hold a valid CNOR (Certified Perioperative Nurse) or equivalent and if required the appropriate valid state license.
THE PAY
HOURLY PAY: $64.60 SHIFT PAY: $516.80 WEEKLY PAY: $2584.00 TRAVEL TAX FREE: $1666.00
THE CALCULATIONS & SMALL PRINT: Illustratively the weekly pay is based on these patterns: 8hour shifts 5 days (40 hours) 9hour shifts 4 days (36 hours) 10hour shifts 4 days (40 hours) 12hour shifts 3 days (36 hours). For PER DIEM/ PRN shifts we have illustrated on a 3 shifts per week basis. When shift / weekly hours durations incur OT in any state then this is reflected in both the shift and weekly pay. **Travel tax regulations apply within the USA. The industry average pay for this role based on location and experience level has range of $2196.40 $2971.60
