Job Description
• Recruit Agents / Advisors
• Develop agents through coaching training team management support etc
• Drive agents and advisors team size activity ratio case rate per active agent and case size to achieve the premium targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Must have Minimum 1 Year Experience in Insurance/ cross selling/ banking sales/ financial sales.
• Must be a Graduate.
• Within 40 years of age.
