Client > Large Player in TV Security System
Role > Corporate Finance Expert > The Client is looking for people with experience in Corporate Finance activity
Main Responsibilities > 1) Evaluating potential investment projects and determining which will generate the best returns. Techniques include Net Present Value (NPV) Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and Payback Period analysis; 2) Preparing financial forecasts budgets and variance analyses. This helps management understand financial performance and make informed strategic decisions; 3) Evaluating potential merger or acquisition targets conducting due diligence and structuring deals to enhance value. This includes negotiation and postmerger integration planning; 4) Managing shortterm assets and liabilities to ensure liquidity. This includes inventory management accounts receivable and payable and cash management; 5) Preparing and analyzing financial statements in accordance with accounting standards
Qualifications > Bachelor's in Business Administration; 6 8 years of experience in Consulting or within a Large Corporate in the role of Corporate Finance; Previous experience of working in KSA is a plus; Must have SAP ERP experience & SAC; Must have ability in Microsoft advanced skills; Must have experience in designing financial reports to Management
