Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Plant Operative to join our team! You ll play a key role in producing and distributing essential materials for major projects. No prior experience is necessary as we provide full training giving you the chance to develop into a specialist in the field. Youll learn to operate various mobile plant machinery and handle the technical aspects of asphalt production.
As a Plant Operative youll be supported with extensive training both internal and external as you gain expertise operating equipment such as a Loading Shovel or Telehandler. Youll also assist with machinery maintenance and minor repairs.
Our shift pattern operates on a twoweek rotation:
- Week one: Monday 03:3014:00 TuesdayFriday 05:4514:00
- Week two: MondayFriday 21:4506:00
