Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Yard Operative to assist with the daytoday operations of our yard maintaining an organized safe and efficient environment. Duties include maintaining the outside of a residential building in Kings Cross (N1 0FP).
- Monday to Friday
- 6am 12am
- 30 hours a week
- 13.15 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Keep the yard organized clean and safe by performing tasks such as sweeping collecting debris and removing waste.
- Maintain inventory and assist in storing materials equipment and supplies in designated areas.
- Clearing spillages
- Maintaining bin storage including the removal and transportation of rubbish and organizing and cleaning the bin room
- Cleaning and clearing the exterior of the building and car park
What are we looking for
- Experience in a similar position
- Happy to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical tasks
- Good communication skills both verbal and written (English)
