Detailed Job Description:
- Must be selfmotivated and a selfstarter.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting L3 Level.
- ServiceNow experience is required.
- At least 2 years of experience in an information technology role or related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in a support or service role actively interacting with customers on a regular basis.
- At least 2 years of experience with maintenance and repair of computer hardware.
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory applications.
- Proficiency in business software applications including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with IT Service Management ticketing tools such as ServiceNow is preferred.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Requirements
Important Notes:
- The candidate needs to support three locations: Woburn MA; Hudson NH; and Fairport NY.
- Woburn and Hudson are closed locations; the customer will pay travel expenses for Fairport. Travel to Fairport is expected 3 to 4 times a year.

Requirements: B.S. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent 5+ years Salesforce development experience across multiple clouds 5+ years of experience with technical Salesforce implementations & development projects 4 + years in a consulting environment Strong client management & client communication experience 3+ years experience in Financial Services (Banking, Wealth & Asset Management expertise highly desired) 2+ years Financial Service Cloud (FSC) required Strong understanding of relational databases & working with large data sets Application development experience with Apex, JavaScript, Java, C#, SQL or similar Proficiency with APIs -- REST and SOAP-based web services (SOA) Experience in Object Oriented concepts and design, experience with OO languages Proficient in SFDC technologies including configuration and custom development Active in the Salesforce or other technical communities in the form of blogs, stack exchange posts, github and the like. Preferred Skills & Attributes: Experience working with On & Off-Shore teams Leadership/mentorship of more junior developers & other technologists Polyglot with experience in both OO and functional programming languages like Java, Ruby, Python, JavaScript One or more current Salesforce.com certifications Nice to Have experience; nCino, velocity, Omni, MuleSoft
