Role Description
This is a fulltime remote role for an Paid Ads Manager at a growing US based company. The Paid Ads Manager will be responsible for managing and launching paid social media campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn Meta and TikTok. They will oversee content uploads optimize campaigns for performance analyze data for trends and generate reports with actionable insights.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience managing paid social media campaigns.
- Strong familiarity with LinkedIn Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok ad platforms.
- Ability to analyze data create performance reports and offer actionable insights.
- Keen eye for detail in campaign management and reporting.
- Ability to work with video and other dynamic content to maximize ad engagement.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present data and insights clearly.
- Ability to work independently as the sole employee managing paid social campaigns (with support from the broader team).
Compensation
$1500 $2500 per month paid in USD depending on experience.

- Campaign Setup: Manage the setup and launch of paid social media campaigns across LinkedIn Meta and TikTok for clients.
- Content Management: Upload and manage new content for client campaigns ensuring timely execution.
- Campaign Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to improve performance and achieve client goals.
- Reporting: Generate and analyze performance reports providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
- Data Analysis: Dive into campaign data to identify trends opportunities for improvement and areas for scaling.
- Client Communication: Collaborate with clients to ensure their paid social media needs are met and deliver performance updates regularly.
