Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team across multiple initiatives. This role will involve managing our internship program producing marketing materials coordinating with the design team handling social media and performing various SEO and Google Ads tasks. The ideal candidate is detailoriented able to juggle multiple responsibilities and comfortable with a range of marketing tools and platforms.
Salary: $1000$1500 monthly
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage weekly reporting for our internship program participants including followups and checking reports.
• Produce SEO articles perform keyword research and manage SEO tasks across multiple websites.
• Coordinate with the design team to ensure timely production of marketing materials.
• Create and modify marketing materials using Figma.
• Organize marketing assets within Figma for easy access and updates.
• Manually confirm community member employment statuses via LinkedIn on a monthly basis.
• Build spreadsheet decks using templates to capture key pain points and content.
• Handle social media management including content scheduling on platforms like LinkedIn and Twitter using tools like Social Pilot.
• Publish blog posts and assist with content creation across marketing channels.
• Oversee the internship program by tracking progress reports and offering support to interns.
• Coordinate event management tasks such as sending reminders and followup emails.
• Track scholarship eligibility and employment for program participants.
• Assist with Google Ads campaign management.
• Ensure the smooth operation of WordPress websites making updates and managing content as needed.
• Proactively seek ways to improve task efficiency and streamline workflows across all responsibilities.
Key Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Figma for creating and modifying marketing materials.
• Familiarity with SEO Google Ads and keyword research.
• Experience with WordPress management including content updates and SEO tasks.
• Strong skills in social media management (LinkedIn (X) Twitter Instagram) including scheduling posts.
• Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects at once especially in a fastpaced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle diverse tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with tools like Social Pilot (or similar) for social media scheduling.
• Experience with event management and program coordination is a plus.
• Ability to manually track and verify employment status via LinkedIn.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive in finding ways to improve processes.
