Job Description
The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving problems! You will be responsible for making customers happy! You will work remotely for a growing US based business and earn US Dollars!
Our clients include service businesses manufacturing companies real estate companies private equity firms tech companies ecommerce companies and more!
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone email and chat.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product pricing and availability.
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs.
- Data entry in various platforms.
- Administrative tasks.
- Work United States business hours.
Qualifications
- Great English.
- Sales experience and comfort.
- Typing at least 50 words per minute.
- 15 years of customer service experience.
- Knowledge of Google Workspace and various customer relationship management softwares.
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal written and interpersonal ss.
- Ability to multitask organize and prioritize work.
- A second monitor and fast computer.
- A quite remotework environment.
Compensation:
$1000 $1800 USD per month depending on engish typing speed and experience.
This role is for an independent contractor but we are looking for a long term engagement. There is upward mobility at the company and it is growing fast.
