Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Front Office team ensuring exceptional guestfocused service and smooth operations.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to meet financial targets including KPIs around RPS NPS Loyalty and upselling.
- Train support and motivate team members while managing rostering and promoting a culture of hospitality.
- Participate in the Assistant Manager rotation regularly filling Duty Manager shifts to ensure seamless operations.
- Optimize guest checkin/checkout processes and room allocation ensuring brand standards are met.
- Prepare revenue and occupancy forecasts and monthly reports to drive operational success.

Qualifications :
- 2 years of leadership experience in Front Office or a similar role.
- Strong background in customer service leadership with a focus on team performance and guest satisfaction.
- Experience with forecasting and proficiency in Opera Cloud is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to manage rosters and control costs to meet budgets and targets.
- Confident communicator with excellent negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Skilled in coaching mentoring and developing teams to achieve high performance.
- Flexible availability for a rotating roster including weekends holidays and nights.
