Reporting to Director of Operations you will have the ability to proactively position and drive the business to stay ahead of the industry trends.
What you will be doing:
- Building and leading an opening team capable of executing our full offering to the highest standard to a discerning international clientele.
- Implementation and upholding of BOH FOH and hotel systems to ensure consistency and quality
- Develop a culture of quality through training leadership and presence
- Work closely with Director of Hotel Operations Executive Chef and wider Hotel Management team to achieve hotel goals
- This role requires the availability to work late evenings weekdays weekend and public holidays.

- Handson guest focused and can lead by example
- High standard of grooming and presentation
- Strong understand of Budget Payroll and Fiscal management
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills
- Hold a valid work right to work Full Time in Australia
- Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) competency card
