Billing Specialist (Remote Philippines)
Hours: 8 AM 5 PM EST Monday to Friday
Are you a detailoriented professional with strong communication and organizational ss We’re looking for a Billing Specialist to join our dynamic team and manage customer interactions and payments efficiently. If you have experience in collections and a pion for providing exceptional service this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to manage payments on delinquent accounts.
Negotiate payment terms and schedules.
Process payments and maintain detailed account records.
Collaborate with management on escalated issues and monitor accounts receivable.
ist in bankruptcy claims invoicing errors and collections agency placements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
12 years of experience in collections or a related role.
Strong communication organizational and multitasking ss.
Excel proficiency and attention to detail.
