LOOKING FOR FILIPINOS WHO ARE PHILIPPINESBASED CANDIDATES
Position: Business yst
Working Hours: Fulltime Monday to Friday 3 PM to 12 AM Philippine Time
Holidays: Paid Time Off
Salary: $/month (depending on the client’s final offer)
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented Business yst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for yzing and improving our business processes identifying areas for efficiency gains and providing insights to drive strategic decisionmaking. They will support both the Namibia and USA offices and doent all the regulatory and compliance doents as well as create workflows for all the processes around diamond cutting and polishing jewelry manufacturing as well as retailing of jewelry and loose diamonds. The Business yst will work closely with crossfunctional teams to streamline operations and optimize performance.

Role Responsibilities:
- Create detailed records of all the regulatory and compliance doents
- Create written workflows for all the processes
- yze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements.
- Conduct data ysis to identify trends patterns and opportunities for optimization.
- ist in the implementation of new processes and systems to enhance operations.
- Provide recommendations and insights to support strategic decisionmaking.
- Prepare and present findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Draft review and update compliance policies procedures and doentation.
- ist in training employees on compliance policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Has at least 35 years of proven experience performing the same tasks.
- Proven experience in business operations process improvement or related fields.
- Proven experience with Doentation of workflow
- Proven experience with compliance doentation
- Bachelor's degree in Business Finance Economics or a related field. Master's degree (Preferred)
- Has Proficiency in data ysis tools and software (e.g. Excel PowerBI SQL Tableau).
- Has Experience working with workflow management tools such as Monday.com ClickUp Hive Smartsheet etc.
- Strong ytical ss with the ability to interpret data and trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation ss.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Strong problemsolving ss and a proactive mindset.
