About the job: We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our sales efforts. This role involves sourcing potential customers building and vetting customer lists and initiating contact with prospects. The SDR will work closely with our seasoned sales director to schedule and coordinate meetings that will explore opportunities with these potential customers.
Duties and Responsibilities: - Research and identify potential customers in target markets
- Identify new target markets
- Build and maintain a list of qualified leads
- Initiate communication via phone email and other channels to introduce Max Process Equipment and its solutions
- Schedule meetings and coordinate followups for the sales director
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with potential customers in the CRM
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks and lead nurturing
Qualifications: - Strong communication and interpersonal ss
- Ability to research and identify key decisionmakers
- Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently
- Organized and detailoriented with a focus on lead qualification
- Experience in sales or sales development is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM tools is preferred
- Strong excel and research ability
