Job Title: Creative Director
Location: Remote (LATAM) Schedule: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM MST (Monday Friday)
Salary: $2.500/month (Independent Contractor Agreement)

About the Role:
As our Creative Director you’ll lead a super talented design team developing eyepopping visuals and unforgettable brand identities for our clients. You'll be the driving force behind all things creative bringing energy and fresh ideas to every project. Your mission: Make sure every design says WOW and keep things fun along the way .
Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Vision : Create and implement bold cohesive creative visions that excite clients and showcase our unique flair.
- Brand Strategy : Collaborate with clients and teams to develop unforgettable brand strategies that hit the mark.
- Team Leadership : Lead and inspire a team of creatives fostering a fun collaborative environment where crazy ideas thrive!
- Project Management : Oversee branding web design marketing campaigns and content creation projects from start to finish—no detail too small!
- Quality urance : Ensure everything that leaves our studio is topquality innovative and onbrand.
- Design : Dive into the design process when needed offering art direction and feedback to keep things fresh.
- Innovation : Stay on top of design trends and tech to keep our work cuttingedge and original.
- Client Communication : Present creative concepts with confidence build great relationships and make clients say "WOW!"
- Talent Development : Nurture your team’s creativity helping them grow their ss and take things to the next level.
- Knowledge Sharing : Share the latest design trends tools and tips with the team through fun workshops and seminars.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design Fine Arts or a related field.
- Experience: A proven track record in creative direction with experience leading a successful team of designers.
- Leadership: You’re a creative leader who knows how to motivate and get the best out of your team.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio that shows off your diverse range of creative projects and outsidethebox thinking.
- Communication: Excellent communication ss—you can sell your vision and get clients excited.
- Organization: You’re a master of multitasking and can juggle several projects while keeping an eye on the details.
- Software Proficiency: You’re sed in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign etc.) Figma and other relevant design software.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiar with HTML/CSS web design best practices and UX/UI principles.
- Motion Graphics: Experience with motion graphics and video production is a big plus!
