The facility is in SPRINGFIELD OREGON (OH)
THE DEETS
This is a 12 week Per Diem contractand it has a Start Date of ASAP
THE SHIFTS
Working 9 hour shifts 3 shifts per week on a AM shift pattern
THE MUST AVS
You hold a valid PharmD (Doctor of Pharmacy) or equivalent and if required the appropriate valid state license.
THE PAY
HOURLY PAY: $47.60 SHIFT PAY: $428.40 WEEKLY PAY: $1285.20 TRAVEL TAX FREE: $899.64
THE CALCULATIONS & SMALL PRINT: Illustratively the weekly pay is based on these patterns: 8hour shifts 5 days (40 hours) 9hour shifts 4 days (36 hours) 10hour shifts 4 days (40 hours) 12hour shifts 3 days (36 hours). For PER DIEM/ PRN shifts we have illustrated on a 3 shifts per week basis. When shift / weekly hours durations incur OT in any state then this is reflected in both the shift and weekly pay. **Travel tax regulations apply within the USA. The industry average pay for this role based on location and experience level has range of $1092.42 $1477.98
