The Pharmacist is responsible for ensuring the safe and effective use of medications by providing comprehensive pharmaceutical care to patients. This role involves collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy and enhance patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dispense prescription medications and provide accurate information to patients regarding their use potential side effects and interactions.

- Maintain accurate patient records and doentation related to medication therapy.

Requirements
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
- License as a pharmacist in the relevant province or state.
- Strong communication and interpersonal ss to effectively interact with patients and healthcare teams.
- Knowledge of pharmacotherapy and clinical guidelines
