You are the backbone of clinical care ensuring that every patient receives the personalized attention and treatment they need. As an RN Clinical you navigate complex patient conditions making informed decisions to provide the best care possible. You ess patients administer treatments and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams ensuring that care plans are tailored to individual needs. The facility is in SPRINGFIELD OREGON (WA)
THE DEETS
This is a 13 week Travel/ Local contractand it has a Start Date of ASAP
THE SHIFTS
Working 12 hour shifts 3 shifts per week on a AM shift pattern
THE MUST AVS
You hold a valid Clinical Nurse Leader (CNL) or Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) certification (for leadership or specialized clinical roles). or equivalent and if required the appropriate valid state license.
THE PAY
HOURLY PAY: $68.00 SHIFT PAY: $816.00 WEEKLY PAY: $2448.00 TRAVEL TAX FREE: $1666.00
THE CALCULATIONS & SMALL PRINT: Illustratively the weekly pay is based on these patterns: 8hour shifts 5 days (40 hours) 9hour shifts 4 days (36 hours) 10hour shifts 4 days (40 hours) 12hour shifts 3 days (36 hours). For PER DIEM/ PRN shifts we have illustrated on a 3 shifts per week basis. When shift / weekly hours durations incur OT in any state then this is reflected in both the shift and weekly pay. **Travel tax regulations apply within the USA. The industry average pay for this role based on location and experience level has range of $2080.80 $2815.20
