WHO YOU ARE
You are the unsung hero of the operating room ensuring that every surgical procedure runs smoothly and efficiently. From setting up the OR to isting the surgical team your work is crucial to patient safety. You prepare and maintain sterile equipment anticipate the needs of the surgeon and ensure that the operating room is a safe and organized space. Your toolkit Sterile instruments a keen eye for detail and the ability to remain calm and focused during highpressure situations. Your superpower Ensuring that every tool is in the right place at the right time creating a seamless environment for lifesaving surgeries. Your presence in the OR means that surgeries are performed without a hitch helping patients recover faster and with fewer complications.

The facility is in LYNNWOOD WASHINGTON (OR)
THE DEETS
This is a week Perm contractand it has a Start Date of ASAP
THE SHIFTS
Working 12 hour shifts 3 shifts per week on a shift pattern
THE MUST AVS
You hold a valid CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) or equivalent and if required the appropriate valid state license.
THE PAY
HOURLY PAY: $47.60 SHIFT PAY: $571.20 WEEKLY PAY: $1713.60 TRAVEL TAX FREE: $1199.52
THE CALCULATIONS & SMALL PRINT: Illustratively the weekly pay is based on these patterns: 8hour shifts 5 days (40 hours) 9hour shifts 4 days (36 hours) 10hour shifts 4 days (40 hours) 12hour shifts 3 days (36 hours). For PER DIEM/ PRN shifts we have illustrated on a 3 shifts per week basis. When shift / weekly hours durations incur OT in any state then this is reflected in both the shift and weekly pay. **Travel tax regulations apply within the USA. The industry average pay for this role based on location and experience level has range of $1456.56 $1970.64
