WHO YOU ARE
You are the guide on the journey to recovery helping patients rebuild their strength independence and confidence. Your focus is on longterm healing supporting those recovering from injuries surgeries or chronic conditions. Your role involves developing personalized care plans delivering theutic interventions and providing education to help patients regain functionality. You are a source of encouragement helping patients overcome physical and emotional challenges as they progress. Your toolkit Rehabilitation exercises patient education materials and adaptive devices. Your superpowers Expertise in postacute care patience and the ability to motivate others. You are compionate adaptable and sed in promoting healing. Every step you guide patients through brings them closer to reclaiming their lives. Thats the care you deliver in rehabilitation nursing.
THE OPPORTUNITY
THE LOCATION
The facility is in RIVIERA BEACH FLORIDA (NC)
THE DEETS
This is a 13 week Travel/ Local contractand it has a Start Date of ASAP
THE SHIFTS
Working 12 hour shifts 3 shifts per week on a AM shift pattern
THE MUST AVS
You hold a valid PMHBC (PsychiatricMental Health Nursing Certification) or equivalent and if required the appropriate valid state license.
THE PAY
HOURLY PAY: $51.00 SHIFT PAY: $612.00 WEEKLY PAY: $1836.00 TRAVEL TAX FREE: $1285.20
THE CALCULATIONS & SMALL PRINT: Illustratively the weekly pay is based on these patterns: 8hour shifts 5 days (40 hours) 9hour shifts 4 days (36 hours) 10hour shifts 4 days (40 hours) 12hour shifts 3 days (36 hours). For PER DIEM/ PRN shifts we have illustrated on a 3 shifts per week basis. When shift / weekly hours durations incur OT in any state then this is reflected in both the shift and weekly pay. **Travel tax regulations apply within the USA. The industry average pay for this role based on location and experience level has range of $1560.60 $2111.40
