You are the expert in surgical recovery ensuring that postoperative patients are ilized monitored and progressing towards healing. Every step you take is vital in the patients journey back to health. Your role requires mastery in tracking vitals essing wound sites and preventing complications ensuring the highest level of care. Whether You arecollaborating with surgeons or supporting the patients family you keep the entire care team informed and aligned. Your toolkit Indepth knowledge of postsurgical protocols advanced monitoring technology and an ability to act quickly when complications arise. You arean integral part of the surgical team making critical decisions that prevent setbacks. Your superpower Precision in postoperative care. You see the warning signs before they become problems ensuring patients heal faster and stronger. Each patient leaves your care better prepared for a full recovery thanks to your vigilance and unwavering commitment.
THE OPPORTUNITY
THE LOCATION
The facility is in ROANOAKE RAPIDS NORTH CAROLINA (NC)
THE DEETS
This is a 13 week Travel/ Local contractand it has a Start Date of ASAP
THE SHIFTS
Working 12 hour shifts 3 shifts per week on a PM shift pattern
THE MUST AVS
You hold a valid CMSRN (Certified MedicalSurgical Registered Nurse) or equivalent and if required the appropriate valid state license.
THE PAY
HOURLY PAY: $54.40 SHIFT PAY: $652.80 WEEKLY PAY: $1958.40 TRAVEL TAX FREE: $1370.88
THE CALCULATIONS & SMALL PRINT: Illustratively the weekly pay is based on these patterns: 8hour shifts 5 days (40 hours) 9hour shifts 4 days (36 hours) 10hour shifts 4 days (40 hours) 12hour shifts 3 days (36 hours). For PER DIEM/ PRN shifts we have illustrated on a 3 shifts per week basis. When shift / weekly hours durations incur OT in any state then this is reflected in both the shift and weekly pay. **Travel tax regulations apply within the USA. The industry average pay for this role based on location and experience level has range of $1664.64 $2252.16
