Job Description
is seeking a highly sed Billing Specialist with a solid background in the construction industry. This role will focus on using proprietary software to track and manage billings for field projects. The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Billing Specialist or Bookkeeper within a construction company for at least 3 years
Key Responsibilities:

Billing Management: Utilize the client's proprietary software to accurately track and manage billings for projects being completed in the field by technicians.

Collaboration: Work closely with the inhouse billing specialist to ensure smooth and efficient billing processes.

Project Invoicing: Manage invoicing processes for various projects ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Software Proficiency: Quickly learn and adapt to proprietary invoicing and tracking software.

Construction Industry Expertise: Leverage your understanding of construction industry billing processes to ensure invoices are prepared and tracked accurately.
Required Ss & Qualifications:

3 Years of Construction Industry Experience: Prior experience as a Billing Specialist or Bookkeeper within a construction company is essential.

Accounting or Finance Degree: A relevant degree in Accounting or Finance is required (ociate Degree)

Proficiency in Accounting Software: Experience in accounting software required.

Excellent Communication Ss: Must be able to work effectively with internal teams and maintain strong communication regarding billing processes.

Quick Learner: Ability to quickly learn and understand proprietary invoicing and tracking software to manage billings efficiently.

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure billing accuracy and compliance with construction industry standards.
