Your future opportunity with us:

We are seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to join our team. In this role you will bridge the communication gap between business needs and technical requirements. Your primary goal will be to build relationships with internal and external team members understand our core market and drive technical solutions forward. You'll apply industry knowledge elish playbooks conduct highlevel discovery conversations and scale our operations.


What you’ll be responsible for:

  • GTM Support: Collaborate with the Head of Supply on gotomarket strategy and ensuring a topnotch user experience.
  • RelationshipBuilding: Engage with business brokers buyers and owners understanding their needs and educating them on our platform.
  • Project Management: Translate user needs into features planning prioritizing setting expectations and collaborating with various stakeholders.
  • ytical Ss: Define business challenges synthesize solutions and communicate effectively across functional teams.

What onboarding and initial success will look like:

In the first 6 weeks you’ll build and execute a strategy to gather users’ core frustrations and needs. This could involve phone calls Zoom meetings or inperson meetings with core customers. At the end of this phase you’ll present valuable user feedback and product recommendations partnering with internal stakeholders to implement platform improvements. Your relationshipbuilding will help drive platform adoption which will be a key focus area.


The experience you’ll bring us:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance Technology or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in startups private equitybacked companies or small businesses managing technology projects or sales pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of SMB and M&A space.
  • Superb communication and interpersonal ss.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Canva Excel Google Suite Notion Salesforce and similar platforms.
  • Detailoriented motivated and resultsdriven.
  • A valid driver’s license.
