Position: Sales Appointment Setter
Salary Range: $1400 to $1600 USD monthly
Location: Latin America Only (100% remote)
Working hours: TBD Are you an organizational enthusiast who loves helping sales teams succeed We’re looking for a detailoriented and proactive Appointment Setter to manage lead schedules ist with meeting preparations and keep our sales team efficient.
What you’ll be doing:
- Calendar Wizard: You’ll be the point person for managing group chats Zoom meetings and scheduling leads for the sales team. If a conflict arises you’ll handle it seamlessly!
Zoom Prep FollowUp: Prepare meetings confirm attendees and follow up on action items to ensure nothing falls through the s.
Lead Management: Confirm reschedule and manage incoming internet leads. You’ll also collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies.
Field Support Hero: When field schedules need attention you’ll coordinate with management to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
Data Dynamo: Keep all scheduling records and spreadsheets organized and uptodate.
What we’re looking for:
- A multitasker who thrives on staying organized and balancing multiple priorities.
Excellent English communication ss (C1 level preferred) to ensure smooth collaboration.
Experience with scheduling tools like Zoom (or similar) and lead management is a plus.
Super detailoriented with a proactive problemsolving mindset.
Sales Knowledge: Familiarity with sales processes and lead management to better ist the sales team in scheduling and optimizing sales opportunities.
