Core Responsibilities of an Aftermarket Appointment Setter

Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and determine customer interest through outbound calling and digital outreach.

Scheduling Appointments: Arrange appointments for the sales team with prospective customers interested in aftermarket products and services.

Information Gathering: Collect and document necessary information from customers during initial contact phase to ensure a smooth sales process.

Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with potential clients to enhance engagement and maintain interest in HomePros offerings.

Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on appointment setting metrics and adjust strategies to optimize performance.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service particularly in a role involving appointment setting.
  • Excellent communication skills with a persuasive approach.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.
