Job Description

The Production Manager oversees all aspects of igned mitigation restoration projects and igned production crews. Their responsibilities are centered around customer satisfaction revenue growth profit growth and staff development. This frontline management position leads their team to operational excellence.
Primary Responsibilities
1. Manage the customer experience and overall customer satisfaction.
2. Provide priority response to potential customers.
3. Develop scope of work for projects and review estimates.
4. Negotiate customer and/or client approval of project scope and estimate.
5. Schedule crews and resources to provide service on active projects.
6. Coordinate and oversee the production of services with crews and subcontractors.
7. Doent and/or review job file to support the services provided.
8. Manage production expenses.
9. Manage equipment and materials (ets).
10. Follow and oversee safe work practices and adherence to safety and risk management guidelines at all times.
Secondary Responsibilities
1. Train production personnel.
2. Manage production personnel.
3. Continued development of leadership and management ss as well as restoration expertise.
4. Other tasks/duties as required by employer.
Necessary Experience and S Set

Minimum 2 years of management and/or supervisory experience in the Restoration industry required.

Strong interpersonal ss leadership ss and management ss.

Strong communication ss oral and written.

Problem Solving Ss Required.
Formal Education/Training
.
High school diploma or equivalent.
.
Current industry certifications strongly preferred.
Salary $65000 to $75000 DOE
