Property Inspection Clerks
Various Locations including Braintree Billericay Brentwood Chelmsford Colchester and Romford
Fulltime basic salary circa £28000 £32000p/a including car allowance and bonuses.
Full and part time opportunities available (minimum 4 full days a week)
Salary would be adjusted on a pro rata basis for parttime working.
The role of a Property Inspections Clerk involves suitable candidates conducting a variety of duties which include the following:

The role of a Property Inspections Clerk involves suitable candidates conducting a variety of duties which include the following:
- Just prior to a tenancy commencing compiling a detailed condition report more commonly known as an Inventory conducting periodic inspections of a portfolio of properties to check that the tenants are maintaining them to an acceptable standard whilst in occupation preparing a brief report and dispatching to the respective landlords reinspecting the properties just prior to tenants moving out and reporting on any damage incurred by them which is deemed beyond normal wear and tear.
- Negotiating between landlord and tenants what amount of the initial deposit paid by tenants upon commencement of their tenancy should be returned to them at the end when they vacate allowing for any ociated deductions linked to repairs considered their responsibility to rectify.
- A strong eye for detail are organised and odical in their approach retain strong communication ss both in written format and orally.
- Must also be comfortable interacting facetoface with our customers.
- Previous experience not essential as full training will be provided.
- You must have a full UK driving licence and your own car
